Cookies and Cream
So, I wrote last week about my evening with D. I thought it was worth a follow-up post.
At various points while dating and in the marriage, when my mind has wondered to wanting to go on a date with another woman, I know it is time to rededicate myself to romancing my wife.
So last Saturday, my mom came to babysit and my wife and I took off for an evening out on the Plaza. We had a wonderful dinner and spent some time Christmas shopping. It was nothing out of the ordinary, but it was good. I suppose the reality of a long-term relationship is that we live life in the ordinary most of the time.
It should be a short, easy week at the office. I have a few posts in mind that I would like to work on while things are quiet. Most of these are more actually diary entries than anything spicy.
