Dog toy or marital aide?
I am back, for now. I mentioned a while back that I have a series of projects at work over the next few months that will keep me pretty tied up. With the turn of the calendar these have really hit the fan and I don’t see much of an end until at least May. So my updates may be a bit spottier here for a while until I can figure out how to work Dland into my new 12-14 hour day work schedule.
With about a two week layoff from Dland, I have got a lot to catch-up on, reading as well as updating and responding to notes. As always, the notes are much appreciated. For me, the best part about Dland is that you really do develop relationships with people. The odds of actually meeting anyone you read or who reads you are slim (unless you want to meet) but you know intimate details about the hopes, fears and dreams of a host of people. The readers of my little diary often know more about my hopes, dreams and fears than the people I would call my friends. Dland is sort of a funny little world unto itself, with a strange and often unlikely cast of characters. Maybe that is why I like it so much and miss it when I am not there.
My wife and I have not repeated our sex play from December. We are going on a month now, but frankly, when it was seven months between conjugal adventures last time, a month does not seem that long (how sad is that!). Our house has been swept with winter colds and my work schedule has not aided matter. Understandably, the last thing my sick wife wants after taking care of two or three sick kids is to have me come home at 9:00 from the office and try to mount her. Maybe if we can get a relatively healthy weekend, the story will be a little bit different. (Fingers crossed and always the optimist!)

I have some notes to send out and some diaries to read, so I am going to make this a short one. I will aim to post again later this week
